In October, Dr. Hanson attended the North American Spine Society’s (NASS) annual conference in Chicago, IL.
NASS is a global multidisciplinary medical organization dedicated to fostering the highest quality, ethical, value-based and evidence-based spine care through education, research, and advocacy.
The annual conference consists of learning sessions, exhibits, and hands-on skills workshops to advance the future of spine care and promote discussion of new scientific developments. Renowned experts present new treatments, procedures, and cutting-edge research while the exhibit hall attracts medical suppliers from all over the nation as an opportunity to display the latest spine tools and technologies.
This year, Dr. Hanson headed one of the hands-on workshops, in which he instructed other spine surgeons in endoscopic spine surgery techniques.
Dr. Hanson’s dedication to continued learning, advancing the industry, and improving his own skills is proof of his commitment to his practice and, most importantly, his patients.
